Ricki Abney, Sr. is the Founder and President of Waste Crete Systems, LLC, and inventor of the EnviroWash, the only concrete washout solution that prevents nearly 100% of rainwater and groundwater contamination with patent pending closed-loop concrete wastewater recycling, treatment and handling technology. He started the company in 2006.
Led by his experience in the concrete industry and his concern for the environment, Ricki Abney, Sr. realized the gross amount of water being wasted through the concrete placement process and decided to create a better and more sustainable way of handling concrete washout. During the last five years, he invented and refined the technology behind the EnviroWash system.
Prior to his development of the EnviroWash and the founding of Waste Crete Systems, Ricki Abney, Sr. spent 35 years in the post tension concrete industry culminating in his ownership and presidency of Houston Post Tension. HPT is a concrete reinforcement company with annual revenues of $42M.
Ricki Abney, Sr., whose father helped to found the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI), was a member on its Board of Directors for five years.

Debbie Abney has over 20 years experience in the post tension concrete industry. She supervises all office activity and finances.
Angela Jordy
VP of Business Development
As VP of Business Development for Waste Crete Systems, LLC., Angela Jordy oversees all new account acquisitions, management of existing accounts and sales team members. She graduated from Sam Houston State University, with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. After teaching for several years, Angela joined her family at Houston Post Tension where she has overseen sales and operations for seven years. Her experience in the concrete industry, as well as her invaluable selling and people skills make her a great asset to the Waste Crete Systems team. Angela’s hobbies include working out, reading, floral design and cooking.

Leonard (Eric) Abbott, III
Director of Environmental Resources
Driven by his passion for water conservation and understanding of the role that individual businesses can play in the early adoption and development of new technologies. Abbott joined Waste Crete Systems as Director of Environmental Resources in December 2007.His responsibilities include: Environmental quality control and assessment of the patent pending EnviroWash family of products, as well as, the development of service policies and protocols. A graduate of the University of Houston at Clear Lake, Abbott holds a Bachelor Degree in Science with a major in Environmental Management.

Julia Koivumaa, owner of Valo Communications, is a seasoned communications veteran with 12 years of experience. She joined the EnviroWash team as public relations consultant and strategist. Julia is responsible for all media relations, corporate and environmental communications, as well as tradeshow media support and content development.

Amanda Stephens, owner of Mungo! Creative, is an experienced advertising executive with 10 years of experience. She joined the EnviroWash team to develop content, market and advertise for the EnviroWash product line. To date, Amanda has created all print collateral, web content, tradeshow content and display, as well as invaluable 3D animation and video to show the core components of the EnviroWash system.
