Water Conservation
The EnviroWash system operates with a closed loop recycling process, which means that all water used in the system is 100% recycled, treated, and reused. So the water you start with is the water you end with.
The impact that this can have on our water supply is truly astounding considering that millions of gallons of water are used each year for concrete washout, and possibly even more rainwater is contaminated by overflow and leakage of washout wastewater.
EPA Compliance
The EnviroWash meets and exceeds current EPA standards for concrete washout. It exceeds current standards by conserving water with the closed loop recycling process, preventing nearly 100% rain water contamination by its closed container design, and eliminating overflow and leakage that can cause storm drain contamination.
Safety
The EnviroWash has been designed with worker and public safety in mind. The walkway meets industry regulations and handrails protect workers against falling into the hoppers while cleaning pumping equipment and the hopper area.
The EnviroWash closed container design protects against potential public hazards. The opening of each wastewater container on the forced weir tank system has a lockable lid, ensuring safety in neighborhoods while construction is in place.
Easy Operation and Maintenance
The EnviroWash system is simple to use and maintain. Waste Crete Systems provides on-site service and support, as well as concrete wastewater handling and removal, if necessary.
Each core part of the EnviroWash system is interchangeable, allowing for easy on-site maintenance. This equates to no slow-downs on the jobsite.
Custom Design
In addition to the main EnviroWash unit, there are five other units available. Each unit is designed for a particular job application, everything from semi-permanent units for large, high production jobsites to small, portable units for one-time concrete placements.
Waste Crete Systems can also accommodate custom build-outs.
Cost-Effective
The EnviroWash system is comparable in cost to other washout treatment products currently on the market. Additional cost benefits include elimination of fees for water access and set-up/cleaning of washout pits, reduced labor costs and reduced equipment wear and tear.
